Be observant. We encourage anyone to look out for any unsafe acts, unsafe conditions or anything that could be a danger to others.
Act
We believe if you see a situation that can be sorted, sort it! If this can’t be done then we encourage you to report it.
Report
When reporting a situation of a hazard be sure to take a photo or describe the hazard, note the location and send all the essentials to a H&S manager.
Why are we so passionate about health and safety?
Here at Pilot Group one of our core drivers is health and safety. We’re proud to say in the last year over 140,000 person-hours were worked without a loss time incident and we will continuously work to keep up with this standard. We are well equipped, fully trained and supportive towards all situations.
Our aim is to create a safe place for all our employees and clients. We strongly encourage all of our employees to participate in any guidelines and rules put in place for their own safety. We also encourage our clients to promote a SMART, SAFE and SUSTAINABLE workplace for their employees too.

About our health and safety manager
