We are dedicated to providing our customers with a complete production solution. We provide a combination of engineering and metal fabrication services as well as bespoke solutions for a variety of businesses and industries.
Welding
We have capabilities for both MIG & TIG welding. We can weld a variety of materials including stainless steel and mild steel. We cater for large and small scale welding requirements.
Metal Spinning
We have 5 metal spinning lathes. We can spin anything from a 50mm circle to a 790mm circle. We can spin metal of various materials such as mild steel, brass and copper. We can use wooden chunks to spin metal on small batches which we make in house.
Fly press
We use these machines to make small/simple modifications to components to nullify problems when spinning. We have 2 horn fly presses and 6 standard fly presses that can do up to 5 ton.
Press brake
With these machines we can bend mild steel aluminium from 0.4mm up to 5mm, the Amada APX8025 can bend 2.5 meters wide with up to 80 tonne pressure. With the Amada HFE M2 1003 being able to bend 3 meters wide with up to 100 ton of pressure.
Punch press
We have 3 punch presses- Amada and 2 LVD's. These can punch a wide variety of material.
